QuotingBill - Products Cancellations
Let's take a client with some existing products. As you notice, you can easily find them in the customer profile as "All products".
After hitting on cancellations, you can either select the products by type, one by one, edit the amount or remove them all to start from scratch.
Once you have made your selection, you should click on continue, set the cancellation date (always a day after), type a brief reason, use a tag if you need and finally schedule the cancellation.
We recommend you always check the cancellation details such as product amounts, dates and cancel totals.
After you click on schedule cancellation, you will get a message showing the cancellation details. You can click on 'Go to records' to see the cancellation history or get there through the main menu options.
Notice that you can roll the cancellation back, meaning that, you will revert all previous changes.
You will find a story line that shows every action that was performed over this section.
Finally, once the cancellation is executed, you will find it under cancelled products in the cancellation history.
