In order for you to install the QuickBooks application you should go to the Marketplace, then click on 'More info', install the app and finally log in to quickbooks through the preferences configuration.
Once you log in to quickbooks you should select the QuotingBill company where you want to connect.
After that, you should be able to see the connection status and update your taxes configuration.
Take into account that you should sync the data between QuickBooks and QuotingBill, for you to see it listed on each section.
Let's continue with customers, if you notice you are able to link an exported customer from QuickBooks to an existing QuotingBill customer.
You are able to do the same for products, you should select the existing QuotingBill product in the dropdown.
We have shown the manual way of synchronizing the data between QuickBooks and QuotingBill, however, it is important to mention that everytime a new customer or product is sent through a quote from QuotingBill, it is sent to QuickBooks as well, which means, the system will look for the customer/product into Quickbooks logs and create new records if there is no data that matches with the names.
For invoices, payments and taxes, the data is displayed in QuotingBill exactly the same as it came from QuickBooks, if there's any recent change on QuickBooks then you just have to click on sync that way you see it updated on QuotingBill as well.
Finally, if you selected to use QuickBooks taxes, then you are able to add them in the product configuration.
If you need further details about definitions, percentages or any concern regarding the QuickBooks Taxes codes, you should contact QuickBooks.
