Marketplace - Compliance Solutions
In order for you to install the Compliance Solutions application you should go to the Marketplace, install the app and finally set the access code and the provider type in preferences*.
Once the access code is saved, you should be able to edit the product and configure its taxes codes** in the plugins section.
(*) Take into account that the API access code should be provided by CSI Compliance, once it is saved under your app preferences, the product & service codes and the exempt types are automatically loaded into the dropdown as shown above.
(**) If you need further details about definitions, percentages or any concern regarding the products codes, services codes, exempt types and safe harbor override taxes, you should contact CSI Compliance Solutions.
Finally, you may add the product into the quote for you to see the tax breakdown which is the same view the customer will have when receiving the quote.
When building the quote, you should save your progress for you to see the tax breakdown.
