QuotingBill - Creating Products

When you first log in to your quotingbill session, you will have three ways of creating a product, you can either do it through the setup view, products tab or direcly through the create dropdown as shown below.

Don't worry, if you already clicked on 'Dismiss setup' at the bottom of the setup view, you can always create products through the other two ways.

Once in the product configuration, you will have to fill the product name, add a brief description, select a photo from your computer (which will be displayed when building a quote) and finally set the cost (optional) and price based on your catalog. 

The one-time model is designed for products that are bought by the customer and that have a one time payment fee.

Meanwhile, the subscriptions model is designed for products/services that are billed in a monthly basis based on the term (Take into account that you can assign different prices for subscriptions terms).

Note that you are able to mix both models as shown in the second .gif picture.

After the product is created you can go to the products tab to edit or delete any product from your list.
